THE PROJECT

Our project investigates the impact of Cu2+ ions on white mustard and radish seeds. Our findings reveal that radish seeds are notably more resilient to copper exposure, while mustard seeds absorb significantly more of it. This difference in absorption could lead to negative effects on our food, as higher copper uptake in crops may compromise their quality and safety.
